Who I Am

I have 20 years of experience working with people as a somatic practitioner. My interest in this way of healing was sparked when I first engaged in my own therapy and realized the vast benefits of the somatic approach. After my own training I also started to assist in teaching the material, which helped to solidify it for me.

My passion and ability to help my clients to heal themselves is also rooted in my innate curiosity and desire for connection, and has been honed through decades of experience and training drawn from a broad and diverse range of resources. Since my childhood was spent living all over the world as part of a military family, I’ve had the experience of living in many countries, which helped me to create a broader view of liife. I began embracing my independence at an early age and explored my love of science in a brief stint with the military which subsequently transformed into a deep exploration of myself through spiritual pursuits.

I have some Asperger’s features, with accompanying savant ability: this  gives me the gift of seeing that which clients have difficulty seeing in themselves. I am also able to present what I see to them with kindness, at a pace clients can receive and process to create new resources for their healing.
